A new neighbourhood combining urban quality, landscape and ease of movement.
The scheme aims to create a new neighbourhood in Mâcon, integrating the new buildings smoothly into their surroundings while addressing several major challenges.
Creating a strong, coherent identity by enhancing the site's natural assets; offering a diverse, high-quality housing mix suited to every household; giving each home an outdoor space that promotes well-being; developing a network of green corridors that supports biodiversity and natural connections with the surroundings.
