In the heart of the Gerland district, Urban 7 Factory brings together 135 homes around a landscaped inner courtyard. Buildings of varying heights, some topped with pitched roofs, recall the district's industrial past.
Open-ground gardens, planters and footpaths give residents a breathing space at the centre of the block. The scheme, led by Vilogia and Promoval, was inaugurated on 17 May 2024.
