Living on the slope facing the Saône, while preserving the existing trees.
The project is the extension of a typical 1960s flat-roofed house on a steeply sloping plot in the Monts d'Or.
Living on the slope while enjoying an exceptional view over the Saône, and preserving the existing trees: that was the challenge of this extension.
Restricted site access and the client's wish for an environmentally friendly project led to a timber-frame construction.
