Turning an existing site into a green neighbourhood that blends into its historic setting.
In the heart of Pont-Évêque, the project combines the renovation of an existing ten-home building with the construction of a new thirty-home apartment building. A controlled densification that respects the scale and character of the town centre.
Every home enjoys its own outdoor space: balcony, terrace or garden. Materials echo the local heritage: red brick cladding, beige and earth-toned render, and aged terracotta roof tiles.
With 39% green space including 1,430 m² of open ground, rainwater managed by infiltration and a connection to the district heating network, the project turns the site into an island of nature in the town.
