A sustainable urban project combining controlled densification, social mix and quality of life.
On rue de la Flache in Sorbiers, this urban project brings together 59 homes of varied types: social housing, a residence for seniors, semi-detached houses for affordable home ownership (PSLA) and detached villas. A mix of residents and housing types that brings the neighbourhood to life.
Landscape structures the whole scheme: 44% green space, preserved existing trees, green roofs and rainwater managed by infiltration. Pedestrian and cycle paths connect the buildings with one another and with the town centre.
