Mâcon: two urban studies in progress
ZAC Monnier and Val de Bioux: the practice is working with SEMA 71 on two future neighbourhoods.
The practice is currently carrying out two urban studies in Mâcon for SEMA 71.
In the ZAC Monnier, at the gates of the historic centre, the study covers the layout of a 36,000 m² neighbourhood facing the Saône and the drafting of architectural, urban and landscape guidelines, with Atelier Chardon.
In Val de Bioux, with Mâcon Habitat and landscape architects Graphyte, the feasibility study outlines a new 2.5-hectare neighbourhood organised around green corridors.
