An exemplary block between the town and the Goléron Park.
The Pré Billy development zone in Pringy lies in a natural setting once envisaged as the Olympic Village for Annecy's bid for the 2018 Winter Games. Close to the main routes of the Annecy area, the neighbourhood asserts its exemplary ambitions by combining the ÉcoQuartier and BiodiverCity labels.
At its centre, block B forms the transition between town and nature: between the Pringy retail area and the Goléron Park. Three main pedestrian axes lead residents to the park and serve the apartments, houses and ground-floor shops.
Car traffic is kept to the edges of the block, leaving the heart of the neighbourhood to pedestrians, gardens and community life.
