Le quartier de la ZAC du Bon Lait favorise la mixit\u00e9 (activit\u00e9s, commerces, services, \u00e9quipements, logements).<\/p>

Sa proximit\u00e9 avec le m\u00e9tro (Jean-Jaur\u00e8s) et la proximit\u00e9 des Quais du Rh\u00f4ne am\u00e9nag\u00e9s en fait un site privil\u00e9gi\u00e9. Le concept d\u2019ilot ouvert est favoris\u00e9 autant par des perc\u00e9es visuelles que par l\u2019importance donn\u00e9e aux modes doux pour la circulation dans le quartier.<\/p>

Le projet porte sur le lot A4E, sur une parcelle de 1800 m\u00b2. Le programme se compose d\u2019un ensemble de 57 logements (4 660 m\u00b2 de SHON PC) pour 3F immobili\u00e8re Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme d\u2019HLM.<\/p>

Un parc de stationnement de 57 places en 2 niveaux de sous-sol assure la totalit\u00e9 du stationnement r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>
